While it is possible to see all your posts by going in the drop down menu by selecting "Profile, why not add in addition the link to the profile page to the top bar (next to Stream and My activities) and the left side bar, with the name : “My posts”.
I think that would be more intuitive for newcomers to find their own posts, and it would be a one click access to all your posts (say in case you want to erase some them that are old to make space on the pod’s hard drive 
! )
