Presently, private conversation members may include only people who are mutally share with the conversation author. However, the restriction may be considered unnecessary by some diaspora* users. I propose to introduce an option in the user’s settings, whether he wants to receive messages from people he doesn’t share with or whether he wants to receive messages at all.

Yup, you can block people if you don’t like them. So this this a good idea.
