Change links in code to outside

When I wrote this I mean change the links in code which going outside the dir to internet directly.
In example jquery is linked to internet and not local.
I think this is only one issue with jquery.
I think this improve the security.

Maybe it’s me mistake, please correct me.
Do you agree with this idea?
