I created a scheduler thingy to map out a bit who would be available and when, during saturday and sunday. I hesitate to use the word ā€œworkā€, but yeah, we need at least one person all the time imho to be at the table - and well, people have to eat and stuff, so it would be good to get a list of people that will likely be there at that time. Even if it is just popping in to check if help is needed and if the only person who has been there for 3 hours needs to go eat. Well, maybe it wont be that bad :smiley: But out of experience Iā€™ve found that it is good to collect this kind of information before and not wonder at the event where everyone is :slight_smile:

  • YES if you can be there for approx that time
  • MAYBE if you can at least pop over for a while
  • NO obviously doing something else :slight_smile:

I can commit to being there for all the event except the last two hours - my flight leaves at 6pm. But it would be nice to walk around of course and maybe see a few talks if possible :slight_smile:
