I often only make a post to inform other about a special thing. The same for resharing. But i don’t want comments on it. So I think it will be fine to have a function to disable comments.

First, one discussion on loomio is enough, there is no need to open two discussions with the same text.
There is an open feature request and it does not seem like there is any disagreement but apparently, nobody is interested in working on this at the moment.
