I’d like to help but I can’t see the link or the result in your post!
Have a look at the tutorial on formatting text among the tutorials on the project website, which explains how to embed links into a post (which is what I assume you want to do).
Red text usually means a code snippet, which is done by placing a backtick (`) either side of the text.
Anyway, the tutorial should give you the information you need. Post back here if not.
I recommend also reading the whole ‘Getting started’ tutorials series, which should answer most of the questions you have about using Diaspora.
