Is there any plans to implement something like events on diaspora? Or am i too blind to find them? I could convince a ton of people to leave FB, if that feature existed.

I’m closing this thread, you can read the discussion there. But please don’t comment on the discussion just to say ‘I really want this’. Everyone wants it, and it doesn’t speed things up for people to keep saying that they do.

In case you haven’t seen it, there’s a search facility (a magnifying-glass icon) at the right-hand side of the header bar in Discourse.
