Only the administrator of the Diaspora pod you signed up to can help with this, so you need to contact them. The service is completely decentralised, which means that each pod has its own database of users, and there’s no central means of providing people with help signing in to the pod they have registered with.
However, are you talking about https://reaper.social/? That has nothing whatever to do with Diaspora.
