Proposal: Create diaspora-capistrano repository
We found somebody willing to maintain the Capistrano scripts. In our quest to drop deployment methods from the main codebase lets create a diaspora-capistrano repository and assign Chris Roberts (https://github.com/chrisgogreen) commit rights to that.
