Does anyone know of any way to get a facebook or twitter post to automatically post to Diaspora as well?

Giving my daily boost on this. I’ve been searching for weeks and haven’t found anything useful to help me with this. Heck, if I could use IFTTT to post to Diaspora, I’d be even happier!
There is no direct way. Your idea of using IFTTT isn’t a bad one but since there is no Diaspora API right now that may dead end too, unless IFTTT can simulate a forms submission. The API is something in the works though if it does not.

I do know that IFTTT has the ‘maker’ (now renamed ‘webhooks’) which can send formed information. I’m not a coder, so I’m having an incredibly difficult time trying to figure out if it’s even possible. But if someone could look into it for me, please? I’d be nice to see if it were even possible with IFTTT webhooks.
