How do I restrict language in stream?

I am on diasp.org and when I look at public stream I see non-English posts like in Spanish.

I don’t understand Spanish and those posts are of no value to me. English is set in my “diasp.org” account profile.

I can speak a 2nd language and it would be ideal if I could include English and my 2nd language to global filter.

On societas pod (https://societas.online) I have a test implemented for exactly this issue. The main stream can be filtered by configured language.
But - this is just a custom test on my machine.
Feel free to test it.
