Installing Diaspora on Heroku fails

I’m also having troubles installing on Heroku.

I would definitely like to help get the install on Heroku to work well. Above all, it’s usually really easy to get something up and running on Heroku, and it’s fairly low cost, too.

The current instructions on the wiki were last updated in 2015, so I imagine they could use some updating.

I would be very interested in contributing an update to the instructions if someone would be willing to help me get things going.
