My pod shut down!

Hi there, I’m #newhere. I’ve been using Diaspora* since May this year, and this month I encountered a problem. Every time I go on, the site is not available. I am afraid that it has been shut down for some reason. How can I cope with such a predicament?

Have you tried getting in touch with the admins of At least the domain is still registered so you can do a whois and find their email. If they don’t turn up, it sounds like you’ll need to find a new pod.

I did a whois and couldn’t find the email of the admin. I also found out that the domain has expired. What a bummer! Guess I’ll find a new pod to share my thoughts with. Thanks for your help though! :slight_smile:
