Hello. A proposal.
If the list of Followed tag’s is long, is the Public activity link to much down. On my account are over 20 tags where i follow. I think that the place of Public activity link is better more up. Maybe first

The tags list in the left column is displayed only when you are on the /followed_tags stream. If you’re on the /stream (your home page), it should not be expanded and the public activity link should not be far away.
